We also need parking (preferably free) that has large enough spaces for our expedition (the extra long version) We also spend 10 -14 nights which makes it extra important (for neatnik little me) to not have the room look like a camp site that was ransacked by 3 bears. So we prefer a large hotel room that allows us space for Scuba gear, coolers and whatever assorted "stuff" and still see the floor. We drive down from Colorado and don't exactly pack light. ![]() but they typically have small rooms and tiny pools and can be parking challengedīenefits to hotels … it all depends on the traveler's circumstances and preferences.
